A complimentary welcome drink is provided to all guests. There is a drinks fridge located in the reception area. Please help yourself to one drink per guest.
Please use the remote control to adjust the air conditioning or heating. You can choose between Heating, Cooling, Auto, or Fan modes. Press the ON button to start and allow 5–10 minutes for the unit to reach full operation.
All meals come with Steamed Rice in a separate container. Only $14 per pack!

We service rooms daily and change your dishes every day if required. There is no need to do your own dishes. You are here to relax and we want to take care of you!

Guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary access to our fitness centre. Please note that the gym is not monitored by staff, and guests are responsible for their own safety while using the equipment. Ensure you are in suitable health before exercising and consult a medical professional if unsure. For safety reasons, guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to enter or use the fitness centre. Barossa Palms is not liable for any injury, illness, or accident that may occur, and valuables should not be left unattended, as the property is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please sign the Waiver and Release of Liability Form before using the fitness centre.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the pool table during their stay. Please treat the equipment with care and avoid rough handling or trick shots. Food and drinks are not allowed on or near the table to maintain cleanliness. Be courteous to others by keeping noise to a minimum and avoiding distractions while players are taking their shots. For everyone’s safety and enjoyment, always be mindful of your surroundings and position yourself so you do not interfere with other players.
Enjoy our complimentary Wellness Lounge, a relaxing space designed to promote comfort and well-being. Complimentary herbal teas and coffee are provided for your enjoyment. Guests can also browse and purchase items from our gift shop.

Guests can indulge in a Zero Gravity Massage or an Ionic Detox Foot Spa, each available for $25 per 30-minute session, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience during your stay.
The Communal Kitchen is located upstairs in Room 20. For guests who prefer not to cook in their rooms, this shared space offers a welcoming setup complete with a stove, microwave, and all the cooking tools you might need. A comfortable dining area is also available, stocked with cutlery, plates, and everything you need to enjoy your meals in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
When checking out, please place your room key in the black key box located on the outside wall at the entrance to reception.
A lost key will incur a $100 replacement fee.
Barossa Palms offers a coin-operated laundry for guest use, located through the undercover car park behind Room 13 . The washer accepts $1 coins only, and the dryer accepts both $1 and $2 coins. Please insert $3 per load. Coins are available at reception, and laundry powder or liquid can also be purchased there.
Guests are asked to clean the lint trap before each use .
There should be an iron, ironing board and hair dryer in your room for personal use. If you cannot find it, please inquire with staff. Barossa Palms accepts no responsibility for personal items damaged or lost while using the equipment
Early check-ins and late check-outs may be available upon request and is subject to management approval. Please confirm with reception in advance. Barossa Palms reserves the right to decline late check-out if availability or operational requirements prevent it.
Late check-ins are available for guests who need to check in after 5:30. This can be prearranged with reception at 0885621033.

Most of these locations are within 5–10 minutes of Barossa Palms, with some offering delivery to the motel for your convenience.
Each room has been allocated one car park. Please park directly in front of your room. If unavailable, park as close as possible to your room. There is overflow carparking next to the outdoor barbecue area. There is room for larger vehicles there also. Barossa Palms is not responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
Australia’s natural environment can lead to seasonal fluctuations in pest activity. Barossa Palms takes preventative measures, including non-toxic insecticide spraying, setting traps, and property improvements to manage pests. We appreciate your understanding in situations beyond our control.
Guests are welcome to enjoy the outdoor BBQ and picnic tables. This area is free to use, with tongs, scrapers, utensils and newspaper provided. For assistance, please inquire at reception.

Extra linens, complimentary herbal teas, and wellness amenities such as makeup remover, and steam eye masks are provided for your comfort, available upon request.
Housekeeping services to rooms are conducted daily following turn over of rooms. This is typically after 2:00 PM. For guests staying multiple nights, bed linen is changed on rotation and fresh towels are provided unless otherwise requested. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your beds if all personal items are removed.
Please ensure you check the room carefully before departure. Lost property can be held for collection, however we are unable to organize postage of items due to limited staffing.
