Clean and comfortable budget rooms for guest who want to stay a night but not spend a fortune. Bathrooms are an older style, but clean. All budget rooms include a queen bed, ensuite, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster, crockery, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Updated larger queen rooms with larger car park space for bigger vehicles if required. All queen rooms include a queen bed, ensuite, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster, crockery, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Family rooms include a queen size bed and two single beds. The queen bed is in its own room for added privacy. All family rooms include an ensuite, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster, crockery, and tea and coffee making facilities.

Triple rooms include a queen size bed and one single bed. All triple rooms include an ensuite, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster, crockery, and tea and coffee making facilities.

A modern and updated, larger space with a separate shower and jetted spa bath. There is a modern lounge area and smart TV to for extra relaxation. For people who like to take photos there is a “Welcome to the Good Life” mural in your room. Relax outside in your own private Bali hut and swinging egg chairs. Our Spa Apartment space includes an ensuite, sitting area, TV, fridge, microwave, kettle toaster, crockery, and tea and coffee making facilities.
All linens, complimentary herbal teas, wellness amenities such as make up remover, moisturizing facials and steam eye masks (upon request), free Wi-Fi with a free coffee bar, comfortable seating and desk for teleworking, free pool table and free use of the fitness centre for all guests.

BOOKINGS
Bookings can be made directly with the motel via phone (08) 8562 1033 or direct online booking. Reservations are subject to availability and pricing at the time of booking. All accommodation bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by provision of valid credit card. If you are booking on behalf of someone else, you must contact the motel directly to arrange for third party billing. If paying by cash, the accommodation must be paid in full on arrival together with a signed pre-authorised credit card.
Upon arrival at the motel for check-in, guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation. Guests must also provide a valid photographic identification for security purposes. The booking must be under the name of the person checking in. The credit card must be valid for the entire stay. You agree to pay the rate for each night of your stay and any additional charges (if any) until the time you have departed the accommodation.
*Flexible bookings
Full amount will be taken 48 hours before arrival. Please ensure that you have sufficient funds on your card to confirm the booking. Failure to secure payment may result in the booking being cancelled without notice.
*Peak periods
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder will be charged 7 days before arrival. The peak periods will change slightly each year in accordance with calendar movements. The dates shown below are a general guide only and seasonal times should be confirmed with the motel when booking. Peak: 21st Dec- 30 Jan, Easter, Labour Day weekend, Queen’s Birthday weekend, and Barossa special events.
*Group bookings
Group bookings of 3 rooms or more require a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking to secure the room. The remainder will be charged 14 days before arrival.
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
Standard check in time is 2:00pm and check out time is 10:00am. Early arrivals and late check outs are at the discretion of Management and must be requested at the time of booking.
BOOKINGS MADE VIA THIRD PARTIES
All third-party bookings (eg. booking.com, travel agents) have their own cancellation policies. If a booking is made via a third party, the conditions of that booking entity will be adhered to. Please contact them directly.
CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOW
Cancellations must be made by email to the motel. No refund will be given if a guest does not show up for their booking or terminate booking early after they have checked in.
*Flexible bookings
For flexible bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check-in local time.
*Peak periods
Booking change and cancellation allowed up to 7 days before arrival. Booking can be changed or cancelled after that time but no refund will be provided.
*Group bookings
Booking change and cancellation allowed up to 14 days before arrival. Booking can be changed or cancelled after that time but no refund will be provided.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. We reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions.
NUMBER OF GUESTS
Only the number of people shown on the booking receipt may stay in the guest room overnight. No personal bedding or additional beds are permitted. Additional guests are subject to Management approval and will attract additional charges.
CHILD POLICY
For the purpose of this clause, infant means a person under the age of 2 years. Child/Children means a person or persons aged between 2 years and 11 years. As the parents or guardians, you are personally and legally responsible for infant or child/children under your care. For safety reasons do not leave infant or child/children unattended in guest rooms or allow children to roam the motel property unsupervised. Children sleep free on existing bedding, within the maximum allowed guests per room.
PARKING
One complimentary car park is available for each room. Guests must only park in the designated area. Guests are responsible for the security of their car parked at the motel. Management does not accept liability for loss or damage to cars and their contents.
PETS
No pets are permitted.
LOSS OF KEY
Loss of key will incur a $100.00 replacement charge.
PARTY POLICY
Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. Disturbance to other motel guests and neighbours including excessive noise and music is prohibited and may result in eviction without refund. If a noise complaint is received a first warning will be given, if a second complaint is received this will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
HOUSEKEEPING
Your comfort is of the utmost importance to us. Housekeeping and room inspection is provided daily between the hours of 9am to 2 pm. For guests staying multiple nights, bed linen is changed on rotation and fresh towels provided unless otherwise instructed by the guest. Housekeeping will be happy to change your bed linens and make your beds if all personal items are removed.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
You acknowledge that we do not cover your personal belongings under our insurance policy and therefore take no responsibility for any loss or damage of the occupants personal property left on the premises regardless of how or where the loss or damage occurred. Guests are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover items including but not limited to loss of booking amount through cancellation or unexpected events, loss or damage to personal baggage, loss of money and medical expenses.
BREAKAGES AND DAMAGES
Rooms must be left in a tidy manner and facilities in working order. If rooms are left excessively dirty and there is damage to the room and contents, a fee will be charged to the credit card commensurate to the extra time required to clean or to repair the damage and loss of income suffered by the motel. Breakages or damages to the property and all communal or external areas that are caused by guest and/or a guest’s visitor will be charged in full of the guest’s credit card.
SMOKING
All rooms are non-smoking. If guests have found to have smoked in the rooms, a fee will be charged to your credit card for specialised cleaning to remove the smell, and for any loss of income as a result of being unable to sell the room due to the smell. There is a designated smoking area on-site.
FIRE SAFETY POLICY
The motel is fully equipped with smoke detectors, and fire safety information. For everyone’s safety, no candles or open flames permitted. Please notify reception in the event of a fire or other emergency. If reception is unattended, please call emergency 000.
LIMITATIONS
Neither the management nor the property owner are liable for any damage or loss of property that a guest may sustain while staying at the motel. Management and the property owner are not responsible for any misdescription of business information and online content.
EVENTS BEYOND CONTROL
Compensation will not apply if a significant change is made for reasons beyond our control including but not limited to acts of terrorism, act of God, defects in vehicles, war, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, civil disorder, disaster, Government regulations or changes in itinerary or schedule.
NO TENANCY
You agree that regardless of your length of stay in the motel there is no tenancy or other rights created under any Landlord and Tenant laws, and there are no such laws that apply to your stay.
BREACH OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You agree that, should you or your guests breach any of the terms and conditions:
You will pay to us the total loss or damage that we suffer as a result of that breach and hereby authorise us to debit your credit card or apply your refundable deposit in payment of that loss or damage and we may evict you and your guests without notice.
Payment Policy:
Net term is strictly 7 days from invoice date.
Room reservations shall be secured with credit card details at the time of booking.
A 1.93% credit card charge may be applicable for Visa and a 1.90% credit card charge may be applicable for Mastercard transactions.
Financial fee is not refundable.
Rates quoted are based on check-in date, length of stay and number of occupants.
Rates are subject to change. Any changes to the arrival date, departure date, room type or number of occupants after the reservation is booked is subject to the Motel’s availability at the time the change is requested and may result in a possible rate change.
